PAYMENT
All custom orders require a non refundable 50% deposit with remaining balance due upon completion
For shipped items- final payment is due upon completion and shipping booking- final photos will be sent before shipment pick up. Items will not not be shipped
untill balance is paid in full
RETURNS & REFUNDS
-Refunds and returns of stock /non custom items are accepted within seven days of an item arriving with return of item. **
-Refund will be for purchase price of item. **
-If an item is to be shipped back for a refund it must be sent back within one week of receiving the item, after the week the item will not be accepted for
refund
** Unless specificaly noted as “STOCK ITEM” all work is to be assumed custom.
Custom orders cannot be canceld or refunded. Photos will be sent before shipment for approval. If an item is not as expected a replacement
may be made at discretion of WMWW, with return of original item.
SHIPPING
-Larger pieces will be shipped via freight, implementing bundle and pallet shipping. These items can be delivered residential or commercial.
-Unless specifically requested all freight service will be standard service which includes a scheduled curbside delivery.
- Inside delivery (garage) can be added if requested.
-White glove service (unpackaging and assembly) can be schedulded for the client by the maker is SPECIFICLY REQUESTED at expense to the CLIENT. Please let
us know if need any special assistance with shipping as we are happy to arrange this for you.
-DAMAGED items must be documented in order to be refunded.
-Delivery by WMWW will be weather dependant. WMWW is a bespoke building facility focusing on handcrafted wooden furniture.
Rain, snow, sleet, etc will be taken into consideration before deliveries.MWWW will only deliver when ample assistance is available as to not
risk damage. Delay in delivery will not serve as grounds for cancelation of project.
POLICIES
-Due to the nature of using high figured hardwoods and reclaimed materials we cannot guarantee grain patterns and all work is done within a spectrum
-Invoice to serve as build guide for Willow Mtn Wood Work and customer. Deposit and signature will serve as acknowledment that client has read and agreed to
build details and WMWW policies . All units wil be built to perimeters outlined on invoice and changes submitted after deposit are subject to
a) additional fees as applicable b) extended lead time as applicable.
-Lead times are estimates based on current workload of WMWW. Due to the nature of handbuilt, custom work these leadtimes can occasionaly change
-A change in lead time is at the discretion of WMWW. WMWW will make effort to keep client informed of any lead changes. Lead time changes
will not serve as reason for cancelation of project.
-Any and all contract disputes after deposit is made will be handled through mediation solely
- Build start dates are established once both deposit and signed contract are recieved by WMWW
- Deposit will serve as acknowldgement in lieu of signature in the event a signed contract is not returned before the start of work.
Because of the nature of wood and it's constant movement and equilibrium seeking nature, over time and seasons your table may want to move, we try to mitigate that in several ways before shipping. Some twist, cup, or bow can occur depending on environment and this movement (less than 3/8) will not be grounds for refund.
Reclaimed table tops often will not be perfectly flat is saw marks and character are left in the wood, small variations of flatness in our reclaimed tops will not be grounds for return.
Because of the nature of custom work from a boutique furniture shop, occasionally lead times must change. We make every effort to notify customers of the changes. Lead time changes will not be grounds for cancellation of project or refund of deposit.
